Yes. Assuming your account is current, the unit is left in the same condition as it was found and you contact our office at 304-838-5315. Bridgeport Storage #3 & #4 customers may schedule and finalize a move out on line.

No. If the unit is locked on the 1st of the month, full month payment is due without refund.
Yes. A $10 fee is added to the account for any payment received 10 days after the rent due date. Additional lock out and collection fees are added when further delinquent.
Yes. We do not carry any insurance on the contents of the units.
